The advent of network connected physical devices and the Internet of Things (IoT) has begun a revolution in connecting the real world to the internet, however that revolution is coupled with critical security threats.

In this session, learn about cybersecurity and how it impacts the emerging Internet of Things (IoT) as billions of devices send and receive sensitive data over the internet to businesses, third parties, and end consumers.  We’ll give an overview of the IT security in general, discuss the major threats and vulnerabilities we are seeing, and resources to implement security and prevent hackers disrupting service and stealing data.
