I am the program manager for the Veterans Florida Entrepreneurship Program facilitated at Hillsborough Community College Institute for Corporate and Continuing Education. Our program serves approximately 50 Veterans, instructing and guiding them in lean startup practices designed to assist them in launching their business ideas. This is the second year of the grant-funded program, the first year producing more than a dozen Veteran-owned businesses in the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas.
